Parkchester is an ethnically diverse middle-class community located on 121 acres in the Bronx, New York. The complex was originally developed in 1939 and converted into condominiums in 1986. The original four quadrants of the development were divided into two entities: Parkchester North Condominium comprising the North Quadrant and Parkchester South Condominium comprising the East, West and South Quadrants.
